Privacy Policy
Superio (“the app”) is made by Jakub Klamka, Poland (“I”, “me”), who is the data controller. Contact: superioappstore@gmail.com.
The short version
Everything you enter in Superio is stored on your iPhone. An account is optional and only used for an encrypted backup. I do not sell data and there is no advertising or tracking.
What the app stores on your device
- Habits, sleep, mood entries, workouts, body measurements and progress photos you add.
- Profile data from onboarding (e.g. age, height, weight, sleep, stress level) and blood test results you choose to enter.
- Ranks, levels, badges and settings.
This data is saved locally in the app's storage, protected by iOS. Deleting the app or using “Delete account and data” in the app removes it.
Optional account and encrypted backup
If you sign in with Apple, I store your account ID and the email Apple shares (it can be a private relay address). Your backup is encrypted on your iPhone with a key kept in your iCloud Keychain before it is uploaded, so I cannot read it. Servers: Supabase (EU, Frankfurt). Delete your account anytime in Profile → Settings → Account; the backup is deleted with it.
Anonymous usage events
The app sends a few anonymous events (e.g. onboarding finished, paywall shown, purchase made) with a random install ID, app version and no personal or health data, to understand which screens work. They are not linked to your account or used for ads.
Apple Health
If you allow it, Superio reads steps, sleep, weight and workouts from Apple Health to fill your habits and history. Health data is used only inside the app on your device, is never sent to me or third parties, and is never used for advertising. You can change access anytime in Settings → Health.
Screen Time
If you connect Screen Time, you choose apps or categories in Apple's system screen. Apple gives Superio only anonymous tokens and usage thresholds (e.g. “30 minutes reached”), not the names of apps or what you do in them. Everything stays on your device. You can turn it off anytime in Settings → Screen Time.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. I do not receive your payment details. Apple may share anonymous sales information with me.
Testosterone estimate
The estimate is calculated on your device from your entries. It is not a measurement, diagnosis or medical advice.
Legal basis (GDPR)
The app processes data on your device to provide the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for health data, on the basis of your explicit consent given in iOS permissions (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw anytime.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data (the app has data export and deletion in Profile → Settings), to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
Children
Superio is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
If the app starts sending any other data off your device (for example for friends features), I will update this policy and ask for your consent in the app before it happens.
